A Day in the Life of an ESACA student
Synchronous Learning Requirements
9:00 am - Each school day starts with a Virtual Homeroom in Google Meet.
- Review the day’s schedule
- Set small daily goals
Note: Students attending AM MCTI or working at 9 AM attend an alternate homeroom.
10:00 am - 4:00 pm - Daily Live Lessons in Google Meet
- Most students attend one additional live lesson between 10 am and 4 pm.
- Live lessons are scheduled for the same day/time all year long.
Weekly Success Coach Check-In
- One-on-one meeting with a Success Coach
- Set long-term goals, review progress, and discuss any student or parent questions
Flexible Asynchronous Learning
- Stay connected with teachers & peers by checking Google Chat and email throughout the school day
- Students complete their daily lessons at their own pace
- Coursework is completed in the Edgenuity Learning platform
In-Person Learning Labs
The ESACA building is located behind J.T. Lambert Intermediate School at 2000 Milford Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. The building provides a quiet, supportive environment with staff available to assist students with asynchronous learning tasks. Full-time teachers are on site, along with facilities and materials for projects, science investigations, and art activities.
In-Person Learning Days

Elementary and Middle School Students: Every Monday and Wednesday

High School Students: Every Tuesday and Thursday
🕒 Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
🚍 Transportation: District busing, parent drop-off, or self-transport is allowed.
Students are required to attend in person for their student orientation and two additional in-person days per month thereafter.
